Pleasantly surprised at the modern quality yet still very Bavarian feel. The restaurant is very handy and breakfast was excellent. You could not ask for a better location. Beds comfy and shower hot and good pressure.
Paying for parking is a trigger for me when paying for accommodation but it was reasonable and close by.

The location was excellent
Good breakfast
The room was very small,
windows and balcony open to above a kitchen and restorant.
there was noise and smells of the kitchen until 9 a.m!
Not a good experience.
