The location near the Neuschwanstein Castle was perfect, and the room was beautiful! It was very good sized and had rich, dark wood furnishings. The bathroom was very updated and modern. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had! And the representative at the front desk was so welcoming! A+ for customer service!

Hotel was in the perfect location for visiting the castles. Nearby lake made for a great afternoon cooldown after touring the castles. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to keep our car parked in the lot after check out so we could tour the castles and spend some time at the lake. Breakfast was fantastic.
Lack of AC would be the only negative, but the weather was abnormally warm during our visit so not really a fault, a fan was provided and helped substantially.
