Very clean, very modern. Great spa facilities and very handy for Neuschwanstein Castle.
2 of the 3 dining options closed very early. Main dining room is very expensive if not booked in advance.

The area located so close to the lake and the castle was mystical. The hotel amenities were exceptional. Highly recommended
The spa was unfortunately a bit too crowded with a lot of kids splashing in the swimming pool outside the “kids time”. It was difficult to fully enjoy it. Although, this is purely personal preference.

The hotel has unique location and proximity to the castle and lake
the rooms that offer view to the castle or lake or mountain are not really located in a way to provide that view rather at specific angle etc
there were insects in the room
deluxe room isn’t really delux, not worthed additional money
$$$$
