What a gem of a hotel! Truly a home away from home - top amenities, great facilities, super food and all the staff were accommodating! Rooms amazing, breakfast even more so, and a great place for kids: playroom, kids club, kids spa and very friendly place to get lost in the alps.
No negative comments whatsoever!

The hotel is generally ok however there were several bus of Indian tour operators, the groups were very loud and rude especially at breakfast. Unacceptable.
