I have been staying at this hotel for many years. True Swiss hospitality, excellent staff and service, the location is super convenient and the rooms are quiet although it’s next to a busy train station and tram hub.

Everything was absolutely fantastic, what a wonderful start to our trip! The hotel is just over the road from the train station (easily reached by stepping out of the airport and getting on the bus for free)
The reception staff were incredibly helpful and we got a free ice cream on check in which was a lovely touch!
Our junior suite was amazing with two bathrooms! This hotel is 10/10!

The location was awesome
Honestly the overpowering musk scent in the lobby and especially in the area right before we enter the cafeteria—the scent was so strong that it upset my stomach every time i pass by it and it made me lose my appetite.
