Perfect location. Friendly helpful staff. Room was large, bathroom large as well, nice shower. Had a nice view of the back entrance. Was very nice to receive the complimentary BASEL card for use in the city. We used it for the tram. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here every time we go to Basel.

Excellent location, walkable to everything needed for a great stay in old Basel. Comfortable room, very welcoming staff, excellent restaurant, bar, and courtyard. Quiet Street.
Not a dislike. Just note you may need a lot of stairs to the room, no elevator.
