The location was fantastic. The staff were all wonderful. Excellent breakfast. Rooms were really good. Dinner in restaurant was also fantastic.
Couldn't connect Netflix to the TV which would have been handy in the evening. Air conditioning in the gym would have been nice as it was rather warm.

Our room was nice and the hotel was in a good location, 10 mins walk from cathedral and river.
Car park was very tight! We left our luggage with Reception staff whilst we parked. We returned to find our luggage had been abandoned, no staff around, which we found unacceptable! They were very unhelpful.

The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and the city center. The staff is friendly, but slow. We got a spacious room that had all required amenities, including an iron, which is rare.
Unfortunately, being spacious overall is the only good point about the room. The main room has a lot of space, but the bathroom is tiny. Moreover, the shower cabin is leaking so much, that you have to stand in a puddle.
It isn't warm enough in the room and the air conditioner is so loud it isn't possible to leave it at night. Additionally, the soundproofing is non-existent. We heard everyone around us, especially a family with a small and loud child. In addition, I didn't personally like the pillows, so I had a poor sleep there
