Excellent central location right on the tram routes. Large comfortable rooms with very good showers. Tea and coffee making facilities. Secure garage parking.

Very clean and spacious room. The staff is friendly and the location is very central.
We were unable to sleep at night due to the constant passing of trams. The noise was unbearable, and the rooms facing Clarastrasse are severely affected by both the noise and the vibration from the road.
In the shower, the water temperature changes abruptly from extremely hot to cold and back again without any adjustment, making it a very unpleasant and unsafe experience.
Additionally, it is possible to hear the occupants in the room above using the bathroom, as a loud metal-clanging noise is transmitted through the ceiling and walls.
