The location was great, the staff were very helpful, the room was very clean, they set up a whole little area for my dog which I thought was very thoughtful and sweet.
The bed was a bit too soft.

Convenient to Zurich Airport- 11 minute drive.
Free parking. Terrific breakfast opens early at 0600 hrs.
No A/C in this older hotel. Have to keep the windows open all night and two portable fans circulating the air.
Unfortunately, you hear the traffic and sirens all night long.

Very convenient location, lovely restaurant frequented by local residents, ample on-site parking, and friendly staff
The property is lovely, but it would benefit from a few special touches to make the guests rooms and corridors as inviting as the restaurant is.

The location and overall facilities are good, but avoid the rooms in the basement. A Nespresso coffee machine is available in the room and in the lobby, 24 hours a day, along with fruit and snacks. Staff are available to help. Very easy to reach from the Airport and the Main Zurich Station.
My room was in the basement. I did not notice this when booking because it was only mentioned in the detailed description of the room. I suggest making this clearer on the main page since this is definitely a major drawback. In fact, there is a "fake" window in the room, which is a 50 cm deep opening, facing an interior wall, with air drawn in from a grid on top, where cars were parked. You definitely feel trapped in the basement. On the first night, the staff kindly found a different room for me. On the second night, the hotel was fully booked, and I had to move to a different hotel, paying for a new room in addition to this one.
