Location air conditioning and beds
Staff were too few so long waits at check in, the bar was only rarely open though bar man was friendly prices were not good value

The location, great breakfast
At first glance it looks as if the pool is accessible and attached to the hotel. This is not the case. It’s quite expensive for a day pass and kids under 12 are not allowed.

I like the location and building, the staff were nice and very helpful
The cleanliness, I couldn’t believe there were cigarettes on the balcony floor and the kettle was broken and dirty, if I have not complained they would have not even known about it. Honestly I’d expect much higher standard from radisson blue
