Convenient location, friendly reception, big room, breakfast
It would be nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room, or at least made available at a common area

It is a modern hotel at the main drag through Kehl, to and from Strasbourg and right across from the train station and the tram line into Strasbourg. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Check in was a breeze and we were able to be enter our rooms within 10 minutes of arriving at the hotel. Location is very good, right next to the last tram stop before the border, a family ticket for 24hrs is affordable and convenient, in 15 minutes you are in the centre of Strasbourg. Travelling on the tram was safe and we enjoyed not needing to take a taxi or driving into Strasbourg ourselves. The hotel is clean and in a quiet residential area.
Beds were not the most comfortable, but ok. There is not much to do if you plan a night out at Kehl, the hotel is at the edge of the city, right at the Rhine river, not much to do.

The reception man was lovely.
Well positioned.
Not very clean.
No shower cabin, just the shower. Annoing to wet all over the floor and then have to step on it for the rest of the day.
Loud radiators, i had to turn them down to be able to sleep.
Poor breakfast.
