Friendly and efficient check-in, clean room, and on-site parking. I appreciate that the hotel is dog-friendly, which is one of the reasons I return regularly. Overall, it offers the best value.
This time I received the smallest room I have had during my stays here. It was located at the end of the corridor on the top floor, with a window facing a busy street and tram line, so it was quite noisy. The bathroom is very small, and the shower curtain makes it easy for water to get onto the floor.

Mattresses were good but placed on a wooden plank so it was hard.

Location was about 20 minutes on the tram which is just outside the front of the hotel.
It's in a bit of a rough area, the room was very small and the cleaner was rude when we didn't leave the room when she wanted us to, which was before we had to.
