The ambience is amazing. There are plenty of pools and the beach is beautiful. The rooms are pretty nice and spacious.The food is great. Staff is friendly.
The buggy system is not working properly,long wait times for transfers.

Breakfast is good. But the queue are long.
The view in the balcony is an empty rooftop of the reception. There is nothing good to see. I was expecting a good and relaxing view of the beach since it was beach hotel. but no. My experience was like a 3 star. Checking in and checking out took an hour. In the hallway of the room you can hear children and it is very loud.
