Its kids friendly and a nice scape and the staff are trying to help
The hotel is so crowded, the swimming pool was small , full of people and not clean at all .. and the rooms are not that much clean .. we found insects and flys in the toilet and dusty areas in the room

It's really nice hotel for the kids but it's super far away from Dubai around 25 to 35 minutes from Dubai City.
Great workshops for the kids.
Good Activities.
Nice Facilities.
Poor Breakfast.
Breakfast less than expectations.

The hotel is clean and nicely designed for young children.
The AC was not cold enough, the activities were limited, and some prices were quite high. The outdoor pool was crowded with both adults and children, and I would prefer a separate pool or area for young children. Breakfast starting at 8 AM was also quite late.
