We chose by mistake I thought it was close to the airport but turned out to be a great stay.

Very nice place beautiful view the staff was very nice.

Breakfast, friendly staff, secure

Staff trained a little too much on the ‘hello’s’ - actually gets annoying. New gym is nice. Rooms a little small for the price compared to other similarly priced / rated options nearby

We were in Manila for a mundane reason (visiting the US Embassy) but the staff were excellent.

The staff at the hotel were terrific: very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was reasonable although not excellent. The coffee was fairly mediocre

Consistent and amazing personal service offered by all staff. Nothing is too much for them to oblige to you If it's at all possible, their politeness and professionalism increases every time we arrive Our Home becomes more like Home every time

The best restaurant in Malate area with good food, good ambiance and good service!

The location is great, it is close to the airport, shopping mall and the dental clinic that we usually go. We love the room especially the bed linens and the bathroom. And the best part, they have a excellent restaurant. We thought the breakfast is fantastic!

There's nothing that we didn't like about this hotel.

Breakfast was nice. Few more options on vegetarian would be better.

I did not like the room. There was no natural light as it was surrounded by four walls.

Over all the experience was positive, but that was far from a five star experience.

The place was beautiful. It was in a very convenient location. The staff was very attentive. The other guests I encountered were great. Staff was very friendly.

There were a few things I did not like. Firstly, through no fault of my own I was not able to stay there on my first reserved night. When I informed your staff, I was told there was nothing that could be done to refund any of the money spent on it. Not even a partial amount. I was told that the gym was inaccessible, then I find out on my last night that the gym was open the entire time. The jacuzzi was not working. Staff stopped me multiple times asking if I had paid causing me stress because I had to keep proving I paid through your ipay88 system. The last night I was in my room the A/C was malfunctioning causing my room to be freezing and the only solution was to switch rooms and I couldn’t because I needed to leave the next day and packing would’ve been too much. So, I had to sit freezing in the room. I thought I might die if I fell asleep so I stayed up through the night. Also, I thought there was a beach nearby but there wasn’t

Room 1122 had jacuzzi. very nice. the view was also nice. Fitness center has been fully refubished, and is very functional.

Had to move from original room on 18th floor to room 1122. The room on 18th floor, 1817, was very disproportionate. View of TV was distant and off center.

Beautiful hotel friendly staff will definitely stay again.

The Hotel was quiet the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice but i would have liked a little more selection and the food wasn’t so hot perhaps if there were plate warmers it would help.

The food was warm and selection could have been a little more Filipino food would have been better.

Location of hotel is good. Is within walking distance to Robinson's. Good Korean restaurant across the street. Elevator service is good. Housekeeping is responsive.

Hotel advertisement includes fitness center. The fitness center was not operational. I was offered to go to another location, but that is not a suitable choice. For the price of the room, the fitness center should be made operational. And, as I recall, the fitness center is not very large. There is room for improvement here.
