I like the location of the hotel, located quite centrally to all the sights and sounds of Manila. The space of the room is excellent.
The aircon is not working properly to start with, I asked them to fix it and it took almost 48 hours to reach the set temperature, the fridge is not working, the room is too dark even when I wanted to read something in the evening. The toilet curtain is not hygienic has to be remove, the ironing board is not sturdy, quite dirty and worn out aleady to think that this is a five star hotel the basic amenities are not up to the standard of whatbit should be expected.
