Second time staying here. 30 minutes by Grab car from Terminal 1 NAIA airport, Rothman is a no frills hotel with large clean comfortable rooms close to Robinson's mall and the busy adult nightlife area of Malate Manilla. The restaurant on the ground floor is a convenient place to eat breakfast or drop in for a coffee. Nearby there are many restaurants, convenience stores and a McDonalds. The LRT station is a 15 minute walk.
The room has a kettle and fridge but no coffee or tea. (Bring your own)

Great location to everything. Bars, food, money change. We got an amazing exchange rate for our dollar. The staff were very friendly and accommodate my extra guest, with no issues.
It's an old hotel but everything was clean and worked.

Restaurant at ground floor is quite good. Staff is nice.
Lights in the room are weak. Noisy manual AC should go to museum. Very few park places. "Non smoking" room seems to have been visited by many smokers. Bed is not comfortable at all
