Peaceful and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
The floor was wet and became foggy/slippery even though no water had been spilled or anyone had walked there with wet feet. It was quite concerning and made the room feel uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can check the flooring and ventilation to prevent this from happening again. Please also provide slipper.
Also, the kettle was broken, and I nearly had an accident because of it. This is a serious safety concern and should have been checked before the room was given to a guest. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves their maintenance and safety checks.
The chair also is dirty. I need to put cloth so I can sit comfortably.

We arrived 5 hours earlier than the check-in time so we paid 1200 pesos extra. At first we were given a room that has no front view but I needed a room where I can see outside since I have anxiety so they upgraded us to deluxe with no extra fee.
The property was clean and well maintained. Except when you step outside the hotel building, it is quite dirty.

First and foremost, I liked that they provided free water as an initiative to help the world become a better place. The staff were approachable too. The location was great, it was near my appointments so it was easy to get around. The place feels safe. I loved their baked bangus too. It's nice that they have a café. The smell of the lounge area was just perfect.
CJ from the reception was kind and accommodating, I didn't have a breakfast voucher for a couple of days and I was just showing my receipt. She offered to give me the voucher for the last two days of my stay. Also, Kass or Kassey also from the reception she made the voucher for me on the first day. I appreciated their kindness.
Note: Not that I didn't like but it can be improved.
The facilities were great but it would've been better if the stains from the chair were cleaned and floor titles in the bathroom were scrubbed. It's just me though because I like things clean. I don't like requesting because it can be too much for the staff. If there were cleaning materials, I would be happy to clean it myself. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Good location, clean functional room, good internet. Nice breakfast round the corner at a good price.
Had to wait to checkin several hours.
Room seems a little expensive for the standard of hotel and location.
