It’s close to robinson shopping mall
The kitchen and the bathrooms is not that clean. It looks wired and rusty walls.

The location was the best thing - really max 5 min walk to Robinson's Place Manila - a huge shopping mall with everything I would need - grocery store, restaurants etc. Also maybe a 20 minutes walk to the museums - maybe 30 min to Intramural. The room was ok - a little cramped, but had everything I needed - room service, cleaning was available. So all in all it was great value for money paid. I could stay there again. The cafeteria could deliver breakfast and coffee, but no gourmet style.
Well, it really was not a typical hotel - more like an AirBnB in a complex that offered full service. The entrance catered to businesses, apartments and everybody else in the building - not typical hotel reception. The room was cramped and there was not enough space to open the little hand luggage suitcase and the bigger checked in suitcase - so they filled up the kitchenette floor. The cafe restaurant was more like a neighborhood snack bar, but coffee was ok.

refrig didnt work, remote for TV was difficult to use and I had to manually turn of switch box in order for tv to go off. Balcony door didn't lock but someone came up to fix it, wondering why it was an issue A/C fan was difficult to adjust and yto direct blowing on bed
