The breakfast was good, fresh baked bread, boiled sausages, omellette, meats and cheese fresh fruit available. A variety of coffee and tea to choose from, along with some sweet cookies or pies. The whole facility was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful, quickly prepared invoice. Bed was comfortable, (very soft mattress - but not for everyone i guess). The room was cleaned everyday, wifi worked okay (second floor). Good restaurant on the other side of hotel, delicious greek cuisine (no need to go find some place to eat, after a long day)
Other colleagues that stayed in the fourth floor complained to have problems with wifi, had to use wifi in the lobby to get some of the work done. For some beds were too soft.

They write the room number on the room key card. From a security perspective, this is a no — no: if I lose the key, it’s immediately clear where and how to break in. No other hotel I’ve ever been to does this. Most have no markings on their keys whatsoever, so would be thieves won’t eve know which hotel.

Rooms are quite big, also the more basic rooms.
The whole hotel was way too hot, felt like there was no ventilation at all. The matrasses need replacement, they’re hollow in the middle which makes it hard to sleep on your side (too soft as well). There are no cooling options in the room, we disn’t get any shower soap or shampoo. Breakfast is okay, benches are too low for the tables though. Because of the hotel being so warm we had to open the windows fully at night, but there’s a busy road right next to the hotel with buzzing cars and there’s a church bell ringing every 15 minutes, also at night. When we complained about the room the people working there weren’t really creative in coming up with a solution (but they’re also really young, so maybe still learning).
