Die Lage ist gut, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Nicht weit entfernt von der Bushaltestelle.
Keine Rezeption, keine Kartenzahlung möglich, keine Anmeldungs- und Ausweispflicht. Man hört die Stimmen im Nachbarzimmer.
