for the price you pay, you obviously get great facilities. breakfast is really nice, outdoor terrace with the pool and the restaurant is nice during sunset. free shuttle into sorrento is helpful
i think it's a bit overpriced, also staff could smile more

The view was great
I had ordered a taxi and the bigger older guy with white hair told yes he can order me one but I have to him €10 first then he would order it. Plus I have to pay the taxi in addition. He was just trying to make extra money which wasn’t right. I ordered taxis before at my other hotels and no one ever asked for money for them
