Die einmalige Lage mit Blick über Sorrent. Wir hatten Glück und konnten mit unserem Mietwagen direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Shuttle-Service vom Hotel in die Stadt und zurück (kostenlos) Pool-Anlage gepflegt, Zimmer geräumig und sauber Frühstück war auch super

Great location, friendly staff & value for money.

Fantastic views & very friendly & helpful staff. There is a great shuttle bus service which will drop you off in the town & is simple to book. The meal we had in the restaurant was fantastic & would recommend. Really enjoyed our stay, great value for money & would recommend.

Superb

The view, roof top bar, pool and restaurant meant you didnt have to leave if you didnt want to.Breakfast buffet also very good. The convenience of the shuttle helped alot. Found staff to be very helpful friend left jewellery behind and they were very helpful in returning it to her.

The bed was too hard and when showering the water that ended up outside was alot easy to slip over.

Location, location, location!

The rooftop pool was lovely. The views were amazing and the shuttle bus was very handy. Nice to have a balcony. Breakfast was good too and the staff were helpful in advising what my child with a food allergy could eat.

The room was quite small for the 4 of us compared to the other rooms we’ve stayed in on this trip.

If you want stunning views out of the way of the crowds of Sorrento, this is the perfect place!

We loved this beautiful hotel with stunning views of the town below! It was comfortable with views from all over the hotel. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop restaurant and the food was fresh and excellent! The pool was fantastic as was the daily breakfast. The staff were friendly, welcoming and so helpful! We would highly recommend this hotel.

It was not a problem, but you do need to use the hotel shuttle to reach town as there is a steep and narrow road to get down the hill. The great part is that the shuttle runs all day so you just need to call ahead to schedule your rides to and from town.

The property was excellent and the staff phenomenal, they exceeded all expectations!

The size of the room was excellent, very comfortable full size beds, the view was breathtaking, breakfast was always fresh and plenty of change and variety. They rooms were also very clean and the housekeeping staff were efficient and very friendly. The shuttle was a bonus and a lot of times were provided. The location for pick up and drop off was ideal and marina/main piazza easily accessible. Also great access for the ferries.Parking was very easily accessed as well. The staff made the stay incredible a special thanks to Laura and Ivan who were always warm, welcoming, accommodating, informative and helpful!

Nothing comes to mind it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was comfortable and had a lovely view. I only used the pool once briefly which was a nice relaxing area. It was a bonus having the free shuttle service into the town centre. The times the shuttle ran worked well for us. We only had lunch once at the property which was very nice and big portion sizes, great value for money. The breakfast was ok, it was nice enough to start the day. When we went for a day trip the hotel packed us a breakfast to take with us.

The properly was very clean however I felt it could do with modernising. It is very outdated (like most hotels in sorrento). I love the Italian feel but this could be achieved with new furniture.

We had an excellent stay and we will definitely be going back again.

The location was superb, the free shuttle bus service to down was exceptional and a reason on its own to stay it this property. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful.

Our room was fine but a little small, I would have expected a slightly bigger room for the money. They need to remove shower curtains from their baths and replace them with glass panels, shower curtains are just so unhygienic and so outdated

Great location and amazing views from the room to the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius

Wonderful location with an amazing view (weather permitting) across the bay to Vesuvius. Great location away from the noise of the city centre, but only a short shuttle journey away. The staff were exceptionally helpful, including arranging a last minute taxi to the airport. Surprise birthday treat, so well done to the hotel for being so diligent and remembering. The "quadruple" provided two double beds providing good comfort for two. The shuttle bus was a massive plus point, although we walked back from the town centre and it was only 30 minutes. The evening meals were very varied and exceptional value when you consider the quality of the hotel and the location. The breakfast was varied and provided a good start to the day.

The balcony area was a little dangerous (slippy) after rain and care and caution needed on wet tiles. Bathroom is a little dated and a decent shower should be provided. Fresh orange juice should be provided at breakfast .... not "kiddies pop".

Very comfortable and quite hotel with amazing views from the terraces over the Bay of Naples.

Breakfast. Shuttle into town and back which we used up to four times a day as the one-way taxi fare was 20 Euros. Pool. Views from terraces.

Room bit small. Balcony very small and view (room booked as 'garden view') largely obscured by large shrubs (which were trimmed down on our last day).

Fabulous Stay

The staff vey friendly and very helpful , from Front Desk to Bar & Breakfast staff along with Housekeeping & Shuttle Drivers, nothing is a problem. Fab view from breakfast room and dinner Balcony , great views all round. The pool is also a great spot to refresh and cool off.

Nice overall, but unsure of the worth.

the view was stunning, room AC wasn’t working and left it quite humid although it wasn’t hot out. shuttle service very accessible.

steep hill to walk so use the shuttle service always. price of drinks are way to high.

Exceptional location with a beautiful view from our balcony, and a great service.

The bedroom view from our balcony was breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were also very polite and helpful.

I am vegan and it is always difficult to find a good range of options. If they offered vegetable butter besides dairy butter, it would give me an opportunity to eat toast.

when we come back I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The only downside to this hotel is that it is hard to take a spontaneous walk/run around town due to it being on a hill - and technically, not in Sorrento. Otherwise, this was a great place!

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in the past 6 weeks travelling through Turkey, Greece, and Italy. The simplicity of leaving our car with them for the 4 days we stayed and let the free shuttle bus from the hotel to take us to the centre of town and main train terminal was great. Staff was awesome and cleanliness was great too. Probably will never come back to Sorrento but I would highly recommend this hotel to any future travellers. Pat

The staff was very nice and friendly. They obliged us to give a big and better room when we weren't satisfied. Also the breakfast spread is nice with many pastries options.

good choice for travellers who need comfy and clean place to stay. Not too glamorous, but good.

Good view over the area, close to the centre, room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast included various options and coffee was ok.

Pool area is small and there’s no sun in the afternoon. Bathroom in a room was a bit retro.
