We have just had the most beautiful stay at Villa Cettina Boutique Hotel. I can’t rate this place highly enough. Me and my partner have just spent three days in Sorrento for the first time and this place was exceptional. Lucia and Valentina were brilliant hosts; both are so friendly, helpful and go above and beyond for you. They offered so many good suggestions and provided us with useful information for our trip. Nothing is ever too much for them. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable modern and clean. Breakfast in the morning is amazing with home-made pastries fresh every day. We have had a brilliant stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you both for a lovely experience.

This is the perfect place to stay in Sorrento. Walking distance to the centre of town but in a quiet part of town. The staff were incredible and told us places to go for the beach or swimming as well as places to eat. The hotel was incredibly beautiful surrounded by lovely gardens with spacious neat rooms. I will be booking here again if I return to Sorrento

It was very clean, good breakfast, the bed and shower where very comfortable
The staff is trying to be nice but they don’t know anything about customer service. Day on arrival I came at the hotel at 11:30 AM. I asked if I could stay in the hotel lobby and work untill I could check in but this was not possible while there was enough space in the lobby. If I wanted to leave my 2 suitcases untill I could checkin I had to pay €10. When I said I never had to pay to leave my baggage before in a hotel and talked to the manager, I finally could leave it outside in the garden… They wanted me to pay for parking which I don’t mind but we did not know we had to pay. So it would have been nice if they could give us a chance to tell us that and remove the car from the parking but they said it was already to late and hotel rules after 1 hour. They took pictures of my creditcard without asking me. This is legally not even aloud! For the last night the AC was not working at all, it was very noisy and the mini bar was not cold at all. Then they gave my Italian boyfriend behind my back a business card to make promotion for their hotel to bring tourists.
