Modern facilities, ample rooms, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Pool was nice with relaxing atmosphere.
Although it is only a 15min walk to downtown, in summer time this could be an issue. It would be good to explore the option to offer a shuttle service to downtown at certain hours interval.

Everything! I love that it was a modern hotel which made it easy for us with luggage. It was clean, comfy and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful! The grounds, including the pool area are also very beautiful

The hotel was bright and modern but needed more personality. It felt a little soulless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely with fresh towels on arrival each time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is a 15min walk into Sorrento. A little cove nearby for swimming which was nice. Food was ok in the hotel but a bit on the expensive side.

Very modern very clean
A bit to far out of Sorrento if pool bar was open you could not get a drink or food ordered at the bar which dident open till 8pm
