Staff disponibilissimo. La presenza di Spa e ristorante dentro l’hotel permettono di avere tutto il necessario per una giornata di relax senza uscire. Il ristorante, aperto a cena, ha scelte con base carne, pesce e vegetatiane. La colazione ha una buona scelta sia dolce che salata. Le stanze sono pulite con doppia scelta di cuscini. Assolutamente apprezzabile l’assenza di limiti di durata del percorso in spa.
Stanza un po’ fredda anche provando a gestire la temperatura con il termostato. Alcune aree della spa erano in manutenzione e le altre forse meriterebbero un po’ di attenzione in più.

La SPA abbastanza datata e non tutto funzionale.
La mancanza di un bar interno, sopratutto alla sera.
Sicuramente hotel che abbisogna di ristrutturazione.

הבחור בקבלה היה חדש, אבל מאוד חברותי ומשתדל. יש ספא מים חמים שפתוח עד שעות מאוחרות.
בזכות מודעה יפה במלון ועבודות אמנות אטרוסקיות (או חיקויים שלהם) גילינו שיש מוזיאון מהמם ביופיו על האטרוסקים בעיר (Chiacino). מומלץ להגיע לפחות לשעתיים.
המקום מרוחק מ Montepulciano שאליה התכוונו להגיע.
ארוחת הבוקר לא טעימה. המלון דורש שיפוץ (בייחוד המסדרונות). היה ריח חריף של אקונומיקה כשהגענו.

The room was renovated and clean and comfortable. Luckily, we haven't booked for more than 1 night. Good thing that we found a free parking almost by the entrance.
Super old. Rooms are renovated but all the rest needs renovation. We tried inside swimming pool - feels not clean, you need to be creative in order to use the shower.
