Espectacular habitació, amb molt d'encant. Ampla, decorada amb molt de gust i amb llit molt còmode. També molt ben pensat el lavabo. Cituada al centre de Montepulciano, val molt la pena.

Eine super Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Direkt vor der Tür Restaurants und Bars. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Nettes Personal, netter Kontakt. Alle Infos zur Buchung, Anreise ausführlich aufbereitet und im Vorfeld zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Klimaanlage (normales Klimagerät mit Schlauch durchs Fenster) hat zum einen nicht ausreichend Kühlung bewirkt und war so laut, dass sie in der Nacht nicht verwendet werden konnte.
Öffnen des Fenster zur Abkühlung dann möglich, allerdings beginnen ab 5 Uhr die Kehrmaschinen und Müllabfuhr zu arbeiten. Nachteil der Innenstadtlage. Leider deshalb schlecht geschlafen.

La struttura è situata in centro a Montepulciano in una posizione veramente strategica per visitare la città. Le stanza ed il bagno erano pulite in modo impeccabile. Abbiamo soggiornato con un cane, che è stato accolto senza problemi. Le operazioni di check in e check out sono state molto veloci e gestite in autonomia grazie alle indicazioni del proprietario. La colazione viene effettuata presso un bar nelle vicinanze, mentre in stanza sono presenti un minifrigo con acqua ed un bollitore con the e caffè.
L’unico problema è stato il pinguino in dotazione alla camera, estremamente rumoroso.

Mancanza di aria condizionata sostituita con una macchina per raffreddare l’ambiente che purtroppo ad agosto non ha fatto a pieno il suo lavoro
