Very nice place with a convenient car park and good breakfast on site. Great for short stays if you want to be inside the city as everything is within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything was very straightforward.
Nothing - the place gives all it promises. It's basic but having a fridge, air con and really good breakfast is actually an non-obvious asset in this kind of property.

Was convenient to Piazza. Check in was easy. Directions for parking were very specific.

Great location for exploring Montipulciano
Very clean. All booking instructions were easy to follow
The aircon in the room was very loud and kept us awake. Had to keep it on as the temperature was so high

Great location, hard to beat.
Black mould in the shower, poor drainage. Breakfast not fresh food.
One flickering, one failed light in the room
