I love this place and come back every year. The room is big and spacious, it's easy to block the lights off for people who have trouble sleeping, the position is optimal and the room is simply wonderful. Easy check in and check out.

Excellent location for our visit to Montepulciano. In the middle of a busy vibrant street with cafes and restaurants readily available.

Property was right in the Center close to shops and restaurants. The car park was close to the property as well
Apart from that the apartment was clean and spacious
Host was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit
The view from the B Fast place was to die for 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Very nice 2 room suite in a great location. Spacious living room area to relax with company.
Our host was extremely responsive and provided excellent restaurant options.
No car access requiring suitcases to be transported quite a long distance from the closest car park.
