The room has a fantastic view, took a super nice photo of the Tuscany from inside our room, loved it.
Loved the town! Best town during our trip!
The shower head in our room cannot be fixed to the wall, had to shower with one hand holding the shower...
Located inside the LTZ, driving/parking can be an issue for someone who's not familiar with driving in Europe like me... Also need to walk with our heavy luggage for about 10 mins to the parking after check out...

No breakfast, central location, reserved parking but a significant walk from the hotel.
Having a common sitting area would have made it nicer.

It was located in a great area with a phenomenal view of the Tuscan valley. The location was steps away from what I thought was the best restaurant we tried with an amazing view of the valley. The room was clean and comfortable.
We were charmed with everything, nothing I didn’t like.

Not suited for seniors. Too,many stairs and lack of communication
We had a small accident with a glass of wine that was broken. We cleaned as much as we could and reported it and paid 5 e for the glass.
No offer was made to clean up the glass and consequently as we were leaving we were charged 50 E in cash as she would not accept visa for cleaning the wall that had some wine splashed on it.
We were disturbed by the her attitude as she was very rude and annoyed with us.
