The service was kind and quick. The location was good for the Terme. Enjoyed some crazy singing on the terrace outside one of the nights.
The hotel is very dated, but then so is all of Chainciano Terme, the pool area was very poorly kept and even though it was hot the pool did not seem clean enough to enjoy unfortunately.

Staff very helpful and provided onward transport for us via minibus at very good rate.
Nowhere nearby to buy basic things like water, snacks etc

Very friendly staff and the room was super clean.
The complex should get some renovations/furniture upgrades. The breakfast served is not something you'll expect from a 4-star hotel...it could be improved.
