Amazing central location, felt safe and surrounded by plenty shops and restaurants. So handy even if not taking advantage of the full board option. Food was tasty fresh and plenty of options, staff were compassionate kind and helpful. Would definitely return to Amic gala and certainly to Pan Castilla
Only thing lacking was a swimming pool facility, but the sister hotel across road had a pool. That all Amic Gala residents had access to, sadly my stay was cut short so I didn’t use pool. Only thing lacking was the poor wifi, I was in room 174 (closest to reception) and the wifi wouldn’t connect unless in lobby. Also fire alarm went off a couple of times during the night, but these didn’t takeaway from what was a very pleasant stay.

Location is great - close to the airport, within a minute walk from the beach and restaurants. All staff are friendly and quick to respond to needs. The room was cleaned daily.
This is our fourth time staying in this hotel as Mallorca is an annual destination for us. So, we knew what to expect. However, this year we were disappointed, so probably the last time staying there. The main issue for us was the shower - once the water got hot, it stayed boiling hot, the cold water was not working at all. It was ok for the first and sometimes second person to take a quick shower after the beach, but the third one had to always wait at least 10-15min until the water cooled down. We reported this on the first day, and we were told that we would just need to stop the water and wait for it to cool down and then it will be fine. Not really convenient. This was our reality for the whole stay. Also, the bathroom didn't have a window, so every time we were coming back to the room there was a faint mouldy smell. There are other minor issues (e.g. insufficient and uncomfortable pillows and towels), but these were not really bothering us as easily fixed when reported.
