The food is excellent 👍. The meal times are great. There were no queues for food. One day when it rained and everybody stayed in the hotel it was a bit chaotic tho.
The hotel is on a hill, you have to be quiet fit to walk up and down it. There are no bars close to the hotel if you fancy a change. A taxi into town however is less than five euros.

The reception team was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always quick to help. They promptly changed our room after we reported issues, and the new room was much better. The complimentary access to Magic Splash, Robin Hood Aqua Park, and Aqua Natura was also a great bonus that made our stay more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations. The hotel suffers from poor management, not enough staff, and long queues at the bars and restaurant throughout the day. The food lacked variety, repeated almost every day, and the themed dinners were disappointing. Several hotel policies felt unnecessary and inconvenient, making guests feel unwelcome rather than valued. The service around the pool and in some restaurants was unfriendly, and the public areas lacked proper air conditioning. We also experienced two days without running water, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and price. The booking process was stressful due to payment issues and the risk of cancellation despite having already paid a deposit. Overall, the hotel has great facilities, but poor organisation, weak customer service, and guest-unfriendly policies made this a disappointing experience. I would not choose to stay here again.
