We had a beautiful sea view and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday. There was a nice separate bar next door and a roof top bar included in the all inclusive. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. There was also a good range of food with themes changing each evening.
Prior to arrival the hotel sends a link for payment instead of taking money through the card on booking. When paying with this link they did not send email confirmation of payment. Their customer service prior to arrival was poor. However, the staff at the hotel could not do enough for you.
Personal preference. I did not realise how much I used a balcony until we didn't have one.

Cleaners very friendly, as were restaurant staff. Room had amazing view. Comfy bed. Big room. Complimentary mini bar. Quiet. Great location.
Reception staff weren't very welcoming. It wasn't explained that mini bar free. Shower water never drained very well, neither did sink.

Not enough information about the excursion or the hotel it took us several days to sort these things out
We thought the hotel furniture and some fitting were tired and could do with replacing

Lovely beachfront location, shops and restaurants all around.
The main bar was outside and next door, service was painfully slow, didn’t look or feel like a bar. Not comfortable at all.
