Muy buena experiencia

Estupendo el hotel, familiar, personal servicial y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento, en un ambiente moderno y recién reformado. La habitación ambientada en América le dio un toque exótico a la estancia. Volveremos con más tiempo para conocer otras habitaciones y disfrutar de la magnífica terraza.

Great for a no frills hotel.

This is a no frills hotel. It's clean and basic. Excellent location. Shower gel provided and hand soap. If you plan on just using this place as a base, it's OK. The food was OK, bread and pastries 2x cereal. Typical Spanish cooked breakfast buffet. Yoghurts and whole fruits. Lactose and soya milk are available. Toaster and coffee machine available.

No kettle. However, just bring your own. No English channels. It's recently been redecorated (however it's hard to polish a turd). Half board : The evening meals were not kept hot and not very appealing.

Superb

The hotel was lovely inside, the staff where friendly and it was in the centre of the old town. The beach was 2mins from the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend and would be happy tobook again when we come back to Benidorm

Cleanliness was very high. Staff from reception to waiting staff very friendly and very willing to help when needed. Ideal location for hotel , very close to shops bars and of course the beach and sights. Newly decorated and you could tell.the staff were very proud of their hotel! The seating areas were very pleasant too.

Very little but would have liked a little more room around the beds . Food could sometimes have been a little fresher but we did have breakfast and dinner included in price of our room so we were happy with what we had. Access was steps up to the hotel and for the less abled was a problem but were told that a disabled access was going to be put in after the season ends.

Location good centre of Old Town.Nice room comfy beds. Staff welcoming.

Quality of food poor and drain smell in bathroom which hotel could not solve.

Good value for money, great location. Outdoor eating, simple but adequate accommodation

Exceptional

Recently re vamped hotel. Lovely new bathrooms with impressive shower. Very attentive staff.

Only gripe the eggs were overcooked at breakfast . And 1 of the cerials was soft.

A comfortable stay was had by all. Thank you again.

The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. For the star rating my friends and I felt the food was fantastic. The breakfast choice was varied from cold meats and cereals to a few cooked options. Dinner options were excellent too and there was soup, a main option and a desert. I would most certainly recommend this hotel and will return in the future. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful and nothing was too much hassle.

Perhaps a suggestion could be to have milk alternatives, however when I requested this the staff very kindly provided milk without lactose.

the meal at night was very poor selection , we had to go to another hotel for dinner , we only went one night out of 7 as it was poor

Very pleasant pity about the thin walls.

Hotel was very clean,plenty of hot water. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Our main problem was the walls were not very sound proof,we could hear conversations in the next room. We could actually hear snoring through the walls.

Location excellent, guy on reception & breakfast staff friendly but sadly would not stay again

Location was excellent

Cleanliness, had to move to another room (because of smell) paid extra 20 euros. Bathroom door would not close (10 inch gap) cleanliness and dust on fan above bed was disgusting. Girl on the reception was dismissive (could be language barrier) no plug in sink and general cleanliness

Excellent

Everything was excellent. Staff very helpful and kind. Location excellent right beside everything,beach,port,shops tapas restaurant as bars..great food quality and it was small selection, but enough selection.. lovely courtyard to sit and eat. Very quaint and quiet atmosphere. Small quiet hotel in the centre of old town . wonderful.gracias
