The Avenidas location is fantastic ! It is very clean , the staff are very friendly ! the rooms are very nice ! The food choices and quality of food was very good đź‘Ť
If i had a fault it would be the entertainment in the evenings

Location superb, right in the old town and close to the beaches. Excellent choice of hot and cold food at breakfast and staff were very friendly and quick to clear tables. Rooftop pool and sun loungers a bit cramped but there was always availability. I didn't use the main hotel bar but it looked very nice.
My only minor complaint was that the aircon in my room didn't seem powerful enough to properly cool the room. It was very warm as you expect in July but slightly uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Hotel Avenida close to Levante Beach, Restaurants , ATM’s , banks , shopping areas and polite staff
The air-conditioned can be noisy at night . But it was resolved right away , I was offered to transfer to the fourth floor and I’m happier .

Location, rooftop terrace and pool and really good breakfast selection and the staff including the cleaners were excellent. Fridge in room was good for keeping water / drinks etc cool. Good supply of soaps/shampoo vanity kit and dental kits in bathroom and two clear plastic cups which were useful for wine ;-)
Room 504 is clearly directly below the air con fans for the whole hotel - the noise and vibration from those huge fans made the room vibrate including the bed. Rooms starting to look dated and no headboards on the beds - would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in room and the pillows are very slim
