Overall, the food is plentiful and varied. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are well soundproofed, so you can’t hear any loud noise from outside or inside. The air conditioning works well. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the beach.
The swimming pools (both for adults and children) are actually very small given the large number of rooms the hotel has. As a result, they are always crowded. The family rooms aren’t actually that big; apart from the two beds, there isn’t much room for anything else. I think the family rooms could be more affordable in that respect. The food is varied but could be of better quality.

The aircon in the room was individually controlled and it worked superbly.
The beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was fantastic.
The pool area was great with no problems getting a sunbed at any time.
Breakfast was lovely just about everything you'd want including free help yourself Cava 😀
The bedroom felt a bit tired and old fashioned and very grey. Needs a refurb or even splashes of colour.
We only did the evening meal once but wasn't keen as it was too much fish. So the other 3 days we swapped to lunchtime, which was plentiful food choices for lunch and you didn't need to advise in advance of a swap which was very convenient.
The location was fairly good about 15 mins walk to the main beach area or to the old town.

Reception staff were nice
I had a mold in my room and didn’t get any discount for that so I have to share , they changed my room when i had been sleeping in it for 2 days with child , also didn’t like they could not offer duvet only blankets ,
