Good location.
Please think about rehoming the turtles in your reception area. They are in a small tank that is not heated and they have limited room. Turtles are aquatic animals that need heat lamps and space to swim!
The tank was also not clean - please can this be rectified.
The walls are also paper thin so you can hear every foot step, every door shut, every person talking too which made for an unsettling night.
Our A/C was also dripping all over the floor, we did let reception know and were told maintenance would come in but they never did. We had to put towels down to mop up the wet.
