There is always somebody on the front desk and you leave your key with them and get it back when you return.
You got soap, shampoo and body wash in the room.
There’s a fridge in the room too that was great.
Our balcony was on the front of the property and it was quite big, it had two chairs on there too.
My friend had a room on the other side and his balcony was small and didn’t have any chairs on.
The room sizes accommodated us great,
I went with my 2 and 10 year olds.
I took my 2 year olds travel cot as I didn’t trust her sleeping in a bed with the hard flooring.
I don’t think the hotel had any travel cots but I never asked as I had my own.
If you put the shower on full power it would fly off the wall so I just kept it at a reasonable power, the shower was lovely.

Location
The noise at night from other residence was awful we complained a number of times ...a member of our group also her passport stolen from the room which the hotel was not very helpful with
