Very central location, staff were very polite and helpful. We were upgraded to a sea view which was lovely and we could see the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Huge shower and nice bathroom. We would stay again if we go back to Benidorm. Thank you for lovely memories.
The lift was a bit slow.
