Front desk staff: Paola, Fernando, Ms. Escobar, and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful - warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
They all deserve special recognition and my sincere thanks.
Restaurant staff: Very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.
Bar staff: Also very friendly and pleasant overall.
Unfortunately, there was one notable exception during the night shift: a younger member of staff whose attitude was quite disappointing and who seemed not to understand the basic meaning of hospitality.
This was fortunately not representative of the rest of the excellent team.
For the price paid, the room towels could have been of better quality - they were rather old, quite small, and some were even torn.
The complimentary toiletries and amenities could also have been of a higher standard.
Restaurant: The coffee was good, and the overall quality of the food was very satisfactory for a buffet.
However, the variety could be improved, particularly for guests who do not eat pork, as this significantly limits the available choices.
Despite this, the food itself was generally fresh and of good quality.

Clean, nicely decorated, spacious double room, comfy beds, tv with English channels, rooftop pool area is amazing with great views, excellent breakfast with plenty of tables, don’t have to Que up long to be seated and they cater very well for my gluten free diet, greeted and welcomed perfectly on arrival and received welcome drink.
Paid for a double room with terrace and sea view. Unfortunately I didn’t receive this. My view of the sea was blocked by huge trees and bushes. It should have been advertised as partial sea view with trees and bushes view. I paid more for the sea view so I’m dissatisfied. Also the music that is played on the rooftop pool area is really depressing and quite annoying. The hotel need to revise the genre of music.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fabulous with everything you could need. The complimentary toiletries are also lovely. Free safe and mini fridge. The food is incredible with a very good choice at breakfast and dinner.

Location , decor, excellent breakfast and the roof top pool. The best service from the reception team - you just couldn’t fault them and their communication prior to our stay was on point.
No iron in the room, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony- however you could smell stale smoke ( as non smokers you can smell it ) the room was very clean and they had tried to make it smell nice, but you could smell old smoke a little bit. But all the good things outweighed the 2 very minor negatives.
