The location was great, a few blocks to the beach and a short drive to the airport. Several good restaurants and ice cream shops within a few blocks. The staff was really helpful!
The A/C didn't work and the shower knob was broken.

How clean it is, breakfast were perfect, and also the daily Cleaning service.
One major concern was the hotel’s key policy. Every time you leave the property, you are required to hand your room key over to reception. Upon returning, you simply state your room number to receive your key back—with zero identity verification.
Because you have to state your room number out loud in front of other guests, anyone standing nearby (like people waiting to check in) can easily overhear it. A stranger could easily memorize your number, wait for you to leave, and ask the front desk for your key. Staff would hand it over without a second thought. It is an outdated, insecure system that made me feel unsafe.
