The location is great to the centre and any events being held
I was disappointed that the coffee and milk was not replenished for our stay.. unfortunately I don’t like black coffee

Location good.
Luggage storage on day of departure good.
Regularly stayed at Silken Atlantida and very satisfied now standards not as sharp - asked for regular coffee informed only provide decaff = asked for milk informed it is not provided despite there being a kettle/fridge/coffee/tea.
Deep clean of room needed.
Reception staff poor customer care skills at check-in.
Allocated a room with 3 single beds - not what we had booked - no apology when we returned to ask for re-allocation.
