Convenience for Santa Cruz town centre

Directly over a closed McDonald’s being jack hammered renovation all day long
Electricity switch for bathroom located over the end of bath, right by end of shower curtain so can easily get wet which is a bit dodgy.
Window cleaners doing their noisy duties on interior windows right outside my door at 7.30 am on one morning.

Central location..clean and tidy and certainly worth 3 stars.
it is above McDonald's so we nipped down for a coffee and croissant and sat on our balcony to eat it with a view of the habour - it was lovely.
There's a fresh water dispenser in the lobby.
We stayed for 1 night as a change from los cristinos and came by bus. We had a brilliant 1 night city break note no one speaks English and it was locals only - it was great akin to Munich. We would definitely do it again and stay here.
Door slamming! Not the hotels fault though.
To anyone enjoying the night life and wanting late night snacks/water etc. There is nowhere serving any food/ water after midnight. Make sure you have yourself sorted.!

Great location, just very difficult ton find parking if you have a car.
No Air conditioning and bathtub out dated.
