Swimming pool, jacuzzi, large and good breakfast

Room was smaller than expected and didn’t have a balcony although others did have.
Air conditioning unit was excellent and kept the room cool. Shower was superb.
Breakfast was good, variety was excellent but hot buffet only lukewarm.
We chose the location as we liked it to be quiet and it lived up to our expectations.
Only a 10 minute walk to plaza España.
Would have preferred a balcony although there would not have been space for a table and chairs. It would have been nice to be able to stand and look at the beautiful park in front of the hotel.
Breakfast although it had an exceptional selection of items could have been hotter.
More beds and umbrellas needed by the pool.
