Ein super Aufenthalt, wir kommen bald wieder.

Die Lage und die Grösse des Hotels sind einfach super. Das Frühstück war sehr fein und total stressfrei. Wir gingen viele Jahre ins Las Arenas, waren dort auch immer sehr zufrieden, aber das Neptuno ist aufgrund der Grösse und Überschaubarkeit vorzuziehen, so auch die Preise und Dienstleistungen im Neptuno.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

PESSIMO 4 STELLE

Un hotel 4 stelle, spesa a notte piu di 200€, ti aspetti un ambiente curato e non mediocre, roba da 3 stelle. Stanza molto piccola, vista mare senza balcone, poca privacy. Le porte sono senza freno e sbattono, si sentono tutte quelle vicine e sono molto vicine. Dal bagno in alcuni orari specialmente pomeriggio e notte entrava un forte odore di fumo, sicuramente un problema di aerazione, acqua che usciva dagli angoli della doccia...non esistono le finiture...tutto lasciato al caso. Nel bagno cerano diverse piastrelle sbeccate , nicchie in acciaio molto sporche, materiali rovinati, pulizia superficiale, capelli lunghi ovunque sul pavimento. Non so come facciano ad avere 4 stelle, manca sicuramente una supervisione

Отель расположен среди уютных ресторанчиков на первой линии. Хол отеля всегда с приятным ароматом и окружением цветов. Милый и приветливый персонал. Панорамный лифт. Номер был с видом на парк и вечером уютно освещался. Кровати и постели комфортные. Если возникло желании укрыться потеплей, можно воспользоваться дополнительными одеяла, также есть дополнительные подушки. Ванная комната оснащена всеми принадлежностями, в наличии есть халаты и тапочки. После активного дня с удовольствием можно запарить ароматный чай.

Very relaxing stay and really chilled as needed!

Clean,friendly staff perfect location for beach and restaurants. Thank you for the complementary bottle of cava in our room to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary… it was lovely

Me gustó lo que encontré.

Ubicación muy buena, aunque se oye la música del complejo cercano. Desayuno con todo muy bueno , aunque podría mejorar en la amplitud de la oferta. Habitación muy completa. Solo, como pasa en la mayoría de hoteles, se escucha bastante los ruidos del pasillo

Me gustó todo, y mucho la prestancia, la amabilidad y la profesionalidad de los recepcionistas que me atendieron, sobre todo, Juanjo. Mejoraría la explicación del uso de la cafetera porque los dibujos que tiene son poco intuitivos.

Beautiful hotel right by the sea

Great location right next to the beach, a little drive into the city centre but a well designed hotel with spacious comfortable clean rooms.

The pool area is more of a shallow puddle and not worth the effort if you’re looking to enjoy lying around a pool. The breakfast was average for the standard of the hotel.

The WiFi was dreadful which proved very frustrating when trying to research activities during our stay.

Location awesome. Nice and clean. lovely staff

Bit noisy. Fireworks after 2am there! we found it hard to balance the aircon with the bedding and were generally either hot or cold.

It was ok for a short trip, but had to clean myself

Lunch in the restaurant was great, staff was accommodating, room was spacious.

My room was dirty upon arrival: fresh stains everywhere, hairs, shampoos were used. I never got fresh wc paper, shampoo or soap. No bottled water in the room. Breakfast was too basic.

location is good for our convention which is only 5 min walking distance. Clean and new interior.

It is far from city center. elevators are slow and card reading system of elevator is not good.

Our first visit to Valencia and the hotel was great for our short break.

Excellent location. Cleqn and comfortable. Contemporary. Discovered the rooftop solarium as we were leaving - but very impressed with it.

We didn’t eat in the restaurant but it didn’t appeal to us. It didn’t look inviting as it looked quite basic.
