Staff at reception were lovely - room was great - breakfast was good and location was perfect for what we needed.
The only reason it hasnt had a 10 and this is a personal picky reason - the coffee came from a machine at breakfast and i couldnt order a proper coffee. Not really a dislike just something important to me!!

Staff was the best part
The very hot swimming pool, my bathroom light didn't work, the air con wasn't working properly, after a few hours they put a lamp.
