Very close to a very nice beach

We stayed in the family room as four friends and it worked well for us. Four single beds, plenty space and a balcony. Saw other reviews saying the hotel was outdated but we actually thought it was very modern for the price.
The room was clean and the cleaning staff were friendly.
Effective aircon.
The pool area was a bit tired but it was fine. Never too busy, easy to get a lounger in the sun or shade.
Great location - short walk to the beach and plenty cafes, shops, restaurants etc. nearby.
Absolutely terrible soundproofing. We were woken up from 6am every morning by the room next door - it was as if they were in the room with us the walls are so thin. We also had them knocking on the wall in the evening so we must’ve been bothering them too even though we were only speaking quietly. Reading the reviews, this is a regular problem with the hotel.

I loved this trip to Castelldefels! The staff was amazing. I had issues paying in advance with my card so after I called the hotel I was ensured that everything is fine and they are waiting for me. When I arrived I was amazed by how clean was everything and this happened every single day. I think this may have been the cleanest hotel I've been.
Also loved that you have option to check out late for an extra fee but it was super convenient for us because our flight was late in the evening so we could spend most of the day by the pool
