Unfortunately don't remember his name, but a male receptionist made our stay! He helped with moving to other room, boosted with energy in the morning for entire day, was very welcoming, positive and helpful! Kudos to him! Otherwise, a bit old, but very clean room, very friendly personnel, quiet and positive atmosphere!

Excellent location with very easy access to 2 Metro stations and Tramp. Very close to Nou Camp. Hotel decor is very welcoming, good breakfast and the staff in the kitchen were very welcoming and accommodating. The cleaning ladies were also very nice and helpful. Reception staff were also very helpful, polite and friendly
We only stayed 5 days! Our first day arrival experience was not very comfortable at the reception desk as the lady (not going to mention name) did not makes us feel very welcoming and it seemed that she just wanted to get rid of us. Maybe she was having a bad day. The rest were found to be much much better though.

Juan at reception was very friendly and helpful
There was a substantial leak coming from the air conditioning unit in our room , a pool of water had formed on the floor of our room when we entered and we were woken at 5am by a constant dripping noise from the unit.
