Location is good, a big supermarket is in the same building and reasonably easy to find free parking. A big balcony coming with it.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean
Unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing.
First of all, before our arrival I contacted the property twice through Booking.com to ask about a specific request, but received no response at all. On the day of check-in, we decided to call, but the employee from the central customer service could not even locate our reservation and was unable to help us.
The check-in process was also extremely frustrating. We spent a long time entering all the required information into the self check-in machine, but in the end it did not issue our room key card. There were no clear instructions explaining what to do next. By the time we finally figured out that we had to go to the main building of the tower, almost an hour had passed. There is a phone provided for guests in case of problems or questions, but nobody answered it.
The apartment itself was in very poor condition, especially the kitchen. The kitchen units were damaged and swollen from water, and we even found insects living in the gaps. The stove did not work, so we were unable to cook at all. There was also only a very basic and limited selection of kitchenware.
Overall, the condition of the apartment, the check-in experience and the level of service were absolutely not worth the price we paid. The price-to-quality ratio was extremely poor, and we expected a completely different standard for this price.
