Trop chère pour le peu de qualité des équipements qui se d’extérieur à vue d’œil

L’emplacement par rapport au centre ville

Aucun accès direct au parking de l’hôtel qui est de 25€ la journée rien que ça ….. les lumières du lit qui te tombe dans la main quand tu allumes et la douche avec l’eau qui alterne entre 15 degré et 55 degré en 2 secondes toutes les 5 secondes malgré que le robinet soit bien réglé et pas touché et ne parlons pas de la tapisserie des chambres qui se décollent …. Cependant la terrasse est sacrément bien …. Heureusement d’ailleurs

Lo mejor la proximidad al aeropuerto

La ubicación próxima al aeropuerto El taxi a las 6:00 am al aeropuerto cuesta 25€

Una de las habitaciones que nos dieron estaba sin limpiar, incluso puede ser que ocupada por otra persona. Nos cambiaron de habitación. Las habitaciones estaban en otro edificio y las llaves que nos dieron no abrían por lo que tuvimos que volver a recepción para que nos dieran otras.

Excelente opción para hacer una parada de uno o dos días rumbo al aeropuerto.

Excelente lugar! Cómodo, hermoso. Impecable y a 10 minutos del aeropuerto. La estación del metro se encuentra a unos 200 metros del hotel.

El rumbo no es muy bonito. No hay restaurantes ni tiendas cerca; hay unas pertenecientes a los conjuntos residenciales aledaños pero no son muy agradables, sin embargo te sacan de un apuro.

Disappointing

It's really close to the Airport and there is a subway station nearby. Getting into the city is easy and fast (about 20-30 minutes). People are really nice, the environment is charming you can go for a long walks. The windows and walls are soundproof, you can't hear the noise of the streets or neighbours.

The equipment was way worse than we expected, there were just a few plates, pots. On the booking it says there is a kitchen but it's just a tiny area where you barely can do anything and there were no images from that part of the room. The look of the apartment is totally different from the hotel or lobby. The apartment was not that clean... can't say it was dirty either (felt like a fast cleaning) but it was definitely not the 5 star level. The main entrance door stuck sometimes you couldn't enter the building and there were nobody at the reception area most of the time. --- In overall I think it's an okay place to stay but the 5 stars is slightly misleading.

You cannot check- in after 11.30 pm, even though it is an airport hotel. We arrived 00.30, told the reception and wrote the manager, but nothing could be arranged, and the manager did not answer, and the reception did not take our calls after the first call to find a solution. No service, and we of course paid!!

Bad stay

The hotel close to the Airport but far from the city. However very close to the tube-station.

When I checked in, 1- they gave me handicapped room! I thought all apartments are like that and when I used the bath the water flooded till outside! When I clarified they changed it to another one. 2- the staff were rude or let’s say if you are staying at the hotel you will get the smiley face but if using the apartments then you are not privileged to get that service! 3- they asked me to pay the city tax which I paid when checking in, but since I paid it by cash they said no record and asked to pay again when I checked out! (Recommendation: use your card not the cash ) 4- the worst thing at all, no cleaning services while you are there! They come once in 6 days. If you want you will need to pay extra 20/25 per day. 5- you are not allowed to use the pool in front only for hotel users but there is another one inside which you will need to pay another 12 per day per person. So I don’t recommend to stay here longer than 2 days.

Like an average 3 starts accommodation

Staff is friendly.

Apartments are for two people . There are many types of sofas on which sleeping is possible but on that sofa it's inhuman to let people to sleep.... Even if they give it for free for third person or kid it's still unacceptable . Also when sofa is opened not possible to move around the room ,half room is blocked..... Also I don't really understand how Hesperia got 5 starts ,it is like 3 starts apartment. Hotel doesn't even have own reception. You must go to Hayat near for reception. Every day we had to go to and wait to restart keys , because they didn't work once when we leave apartment... Can't enter building can't enter room... Furniture is old and rooms are dark ,not enough light.

Good apartment but far away location.

A decent apartment, a bit far away from center and with expensive breakfast in another location at the near hotel. Also the check in is actually in the nearby hotel which is a 5* hotel. You rise up a lot your expectation at check in and have a downgrade once you go to the actual building you stay. The big plus is the size of the apartment.

cleaning can be improved, they do not clean daily.

Superb

The room was nice and there was everything that i needed.

The property is located next to the Hesperia Tower Hyatt Regency and the reception is in there. It's not very comfy to go in the next building to get key and change it when the keycard accidentally not working. And yes, my keycard didn't work twice.

Way to expensive for what is offerend. Photos of listing do not match the actual property!

Picking up the keys at Hotel Hyatt was easy and worked without any issues. Apartment was clean at least.

On arriving at the area I didn't expect much as it is located next to the highway and at a quite remote location, and expectations were met accordingly. Picking up the key at the Hyatt was fine and property was found also very quickly. When entering the room I was surprised that it didn't match the listing on Booking at all. I guess the photos there were of completely different rooms which then made sense because they used the same photos for every listing. They probably match only the apartments with extra couch and terrace. Even though only two-bed apartments were able to book I then got a single-bed apartment (which actually was okay because I travelled alone, but still unexpected), but also there was no extra part with couch in the apartment, which one would assume by the photos. The room I was in didn't have any window to the outside, the only one present was masked with foil so you couldn't look outside (probably on the terrace of a different apartment) and there was also no way to open the window. So no fresh air for me... The whole inventar looked already quite used and aged, although everything worked properly at least. Didn't try the small kitchen. I definitely wouldn't recommend this appartment for the price it was listed.

BOOKIN.COM Should look in the way they advertise those properties. I'm referring to the parking facilities . When you look at hotel you want to book it is VERY important to now where you park your car ,especially in Europe. The way it appears on your website is a cryptic word PARKING AVAILABLE .like in the case of the hotel above we did not know there is an undergrounds carpark available for a fee of 15 Euros. All this info should be available at the time of booking. and in this case parking on the street was not possible as there were sings forbidding you to park. A clear info about parking arrangements for all the properties you represent should be provided at the time of booking

They don't tell you the reception is actually in a different building, which is not a good thing when you have been traveling for many hours. They should mention this clearly before checking in time.

Very friendly and helpful staff on all levels. Housekeeping cleaned my room even though they didn't need to before 6 days. Very clean !

There is no room clean service in the 4 days of our staying. No one collected the garbage bag as well. We requested to clean the floor, they sent the clean tool so that we have to clean the room. It is fine, but there is no place we may through the garbage bag. It is not convenient for the people who are in the travel.

convenient place to stay close to the airport

it’s very spacious, beds are comfy.. didn’t use the kitchen so can’t tell about that

the water in the shower gets hot and no way to change it back to cold.. also, lady at reception was very nice but she said they open 24/h as we had to leave at 4am however there was no one at reception and the water in the room wasn’t complimentary as it seemed

Very good

Just went straight to the reception in the adjacent Hyatt Hotel, a few formal questions, documents check and got my key-cards for the room.

The free breakfast was a little let down, buck for a few € more you could get a fully fledged and rich breakfast in the adjacent Hyatt Hotel
